Talent and Diversity is the fruition of more than a decade of expertise in recruitment, executive search, career counselling, coaching and diversity research. The company focusses on women, expatriates and new professional migrants specializing in Australasian and European countries. The core partner team speaks 13 languages and has worked and lived in 26 countries spanning the globe. We are passionate about diversity in the workplace and getting the balance right.

History

Talent and Diversity was inspired by the founder, Katja Rembrandt, whilst working and living in 10 different countries. She observed the challenges of gender and cross-cultural diversity within the corporate environment of predominantly male-dominated industry sectors.
