Code of Ethics

Talent and Diversity applies a strict code of ethics to recruitment, selection and career development that provide our clients and candidates complete clarity in our services. Five key points are:

  1. We only take on assignments where we expect a successful completion.

  2. For executive search and recruitment, we work exclusively on behalf of companies and institutions, never on behalf of candidates. Therefore we only accept fees from clients, not candidates.

  3. Each contract is confidential. We do not disclose any information about our customer or third party candidates without permission.

  4. If a client organisation on its own initiative or in collaboration with us places an ad or collects responses through our website, our services are still free to candidates in the recruitment and selection.

  5. For personal development coaching, we work with individuals who require individual assistance. Personal clients are not related to recruitment services. Should a personal client be considered a candidate, the relationship will be fully disclosed to both parties.
